Refund Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and Agentically.com, Inc. ("the Company," "we"), the company that makes Overcoat.

• Try it first. New accounts can get one 14-day free trial of Premium. Cancel before the trial ends and you aren't charged.
• Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account page at overcoat.app. Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Payments are non-refundable. Subscription fees, including renewals and partial periods, aren't refunded or credited, except where the law requires it or as described in section 6 of the Terms (removal of a feature that was a substantial reason you subscribed).
• Exceptions at our discretion. If something went wrong (a charge you didn't expect, or a problem we couldn't fix), write to support@overcoat.app. We may grant a refund or credit at our sole discretion; doing so once doesn't oblige us to do so again.
• Taxes and fees. Where a refund is given, it goes to the original payment method, and may exclude amounts we can't recover.
